I know how often I was searching for ways my clients could journal about their food in a way that did not use an app or a boring excel sheet. Which Is why I created this simple food journal. This Is great for clients who do not want to log their meals on their phones or for those who find journaling therapeutic.

This food journal includes space for daily food journaling at each meal and snack, a check-in space for them to note how they feel, their environments, and so on. It also includes additional information to assist clients with putting meals together and navigating their hunger and fullness cues. 

Clients can print off as many journals as they wish to use.
