I created these guidelines to encourage clients to eat more protein, fruits/veg, etc. without having to count calories.

Each client should receive the 1 page handout with their calorie goals followed by the Meal Planning Servings and Choices handout

Guidelines include caloric range of 1200 – 3,000 calories. 

These are branded.
