This resource is designed for practitioners working with clients on GLP-1 medications. As you know, it’s important to make sure clients participate in exercise programs to prevent the loss of lean muscle mass. Yet often, clients do not see an exercise professional due to cost or lack of gym membership. This plan was designed to help bridge the gap by providing a resource that you can offer directly to your clients.

It is a beginner-friendly* 12-week plan that can be done at home (or at a gym) using dumbbells and a resistance band, developed by a Certified Personal Trainer. It is provided in two formats – a done-for-you PDF with the author’s branding, or a done-for-you PDF that is unbranded (substitutes in a generic welcome letter and generic liability waiver). 

*Option for edits: Because of the licensing for the illustrations used in this product, I cannot provide an editable Canva template. However, if you would like to provide the language for a custom welcome letter and a custom liability waiver, or request small edits on the nutrition/side effects pages, I am happy to make those edits and send you the updated PDF. Please note this is only valid for a one-time edit on those specific pages; I cannot make ongoing edits and cannot edit the workout plan itself. Instructions for this option are provided upon purchase.

*Note: Beginner-friendly is subjective. This plan is designed with weight-bearing exercises (for example, dumbbell bicep curls or dumbbell deadlifts). The client should chose a weight that they feel comfortable with. Modification suggestions are also frequently included to adjust for lower fitness levels (for example, suggesting bodyweight rather than dumbbells). However, this plan is *not* designed for individuals that have extremely limited mobility, cannot stand for extended periods of time, or have difficulties completing activities of daily living. These individuals will need a gentler introduction to exercise.

Format & Delivery: This will be delivered via a zip folder. After extraction, you will find both PDF versions as well as a word document that contains instructions and information on requesting custom edits.
