This is Module 1 of a 5 Module series on sports nutrition for athletes. This 40-60 minute presentation was used in a general education course for teen and adult athletes, and can be modified and used for multiple sports, ages, and abilities. 

The information in this module and subsequent modules are provided from an ‘all foods fit’ and intuitive eating approach to promote healthy relationships with food.
