This cookbook was originally designated for use in a residential mental health and substance use treatment setting.  Over a dozen easy recipes and meal inspiration included, requiring minimal ingredients and prep time.  No calories or macronutrients are listed, but estimated servings of various food groups (whole grains, fruits/veg, protein, etc) are included in each recipe, depending on any modifications.  Most recipes are single servings, but a few will make multiple portions.  Ideal for populations with minimal kitchen/cooking experience, as many recipes utilize leftover ingredients or precooked items (such as microwave rice, frozen veggies, etc).  Most recipes can be made vegetarian.  Recipes include: overnight oats, breakfast quesadilla, tuna salad, simple garden salad, stuffed peppers, and more!  Please contact me with any questions or suggestions.

Also includes 2 pages of grocery list space for clients to copy and incorporate into meal planning.
